Celebration and some revelations

Just like last year, birthday was celebrated with Sandeep's family. He picked me up and we went shopping. Bought stuff for making pizza and then went to his home. Made pizza from scratch and had the pizza. It was amazing.

He bought the usual carrot cake he brings. Kuhu and Shaurya enjoyed the cutting of the cake and later the cake as well.πŸŽ‚πŸ°πŸ₯§

(I can't lift my hands higher than that. That's why this awkward pose. 😒)

During the pizza preparation, Sandeep asked me what my future plan is. Not work-related. Personal. I said I will file divorce and then do something with my life. Then comes the revelation.

Sandeep: If you are going to file the divorce, what is stopping them from killing you? She won't be divorced. She will be a widow. By default, she will get all the money and property you have. They will not have to return the 15 lakhs they have. It's a win-win for them.πŸ₯ΊπŸ€

Me: I never thought about it. But it's true. In the current political situation, they can actually kill me and still get away with it. Her father and uncles are high up in the communist party. They will kill me and the police will write it off as a suicide. I have no political backing. My dad might fight for one year max. Then everyone will forget.πŸ˜–πŸ˜© It will be like I never existed. You-know-who can keep pretending that I don't exist, for real this time.

It's not only them. Even Ann's parents can have me killed. If the spy reports to them and if they think I directly influenced Ann's marriage (which I didn't), they can order some goondasπŸ‘ΉπŸ‘Ί to kill me. Hardly cost them 50k. It's common in TN and is called honour killings. 😱😡 No one will suspect since they have no direct connection or provable motives. The culprit will be Ann for not being straight and forthcoming with them.

Now I am afraid to go to India. LOL. I didn't get any honey and still will get killed. If I actually interfered in Ann's life, getting killed is even justified.πŸ€—πŸ€©

To being alive.
